Data required to start cooperation.

To sign a cooperation agreement, you can schedule an appointment at our office or send company registration documents via email.

Please send the following documents:

• uitreksel z KvK (excerpt from the Chamber of Commerce register),
• decision on the assignment of the BTW number from the Belastingdienst,
• scan or photo of your business bank card,
• scan or photo of your identity document.

Please also inform us when you would like to start cooperation.
Should we manage your company’s accounting from January 1st (in case of changing accountants), or from the moment of company registration.

• sales invoices (revenue),
• expense invoices and receipts,
• business bank statements in MT940 format.
