DigiD and Digital Formalities

We assist with obtaining DigiD and navigating public administration systems in the Netherlands.

What we need to apply for your DigiD without registration in the Netherlands:

• First and last name;
• BSN number;
• Date of birth;
• Nationality;
• ID card or passport number;
• Document expiry date;
• Phone number;
• Email address.

When submitting the application, you will receive a code on your phone number and email, which we will need to successfully send the application. You will then receive another SMS with a code needed to schedule an appointment for collecting the paper code in the locations listed below:

After receiving the letter with the activation code, please send it as a scan or photo to our email so we can activate it.

Once activated, your DigiD will be ready for use.
